Great value. Hit all the important sites. Guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his subject matter.

Very nice tour. Is long but it worth it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us good tips on where to go to do some shopping of authentic Peruvian items. The places we visited were extraordinary. Would recommended it any time.

This was a good tour except for the fact that I wasn't picked up from my hotel which is about a block from the operator's office and despite having booked months before my name wasn't even on their manifest. Fortunately I had a copy of my booking confirmation with me.
The operator eventually picked me up in a private vehicle and after about a half hours drive we caught the tour at Pisac and I joined the group for the remainder of the tour.
Lunch was arranged at a hotel in the valley and as it was optional I had not payed for the lunch although others that had booked through other providers had. Here was the shock. For a fairly normal buffet lunch the cost was 60 soles. The buffet was not anywhere near a 60 soles meal.
The tour apart from that was excellent and the guide was very informative and stuck with the group at all sites. I did not get to fill out a survey at the end of the tour as others did and it was acknowledged that my response would not have been positive anyway.

I don't know how you avoid not being picked up but I had difficulty contacting the operator using the contacts provided and it was only when I accessed their website that I found a number that they would answer. Credit to the hotel staff at Hostal Alfredo's Palace for their effort to contact the operator on my behalf

The tour itself was fantastic and the tour guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.
However, our experience with Viator has been a different experience. We booked knowing that the tourist ticket for each attraction was not included but we were not advised that we would have to purchase these in Cusco before arriving at the first tourist attraction and that only cash was an accepted method of payment. This left us very embarassed as we didn't have enough cash with us and if it wasn't for the kindness of the tour guide lending us money we would have had to miss out on the day's attractions.
Better communication would have been helpful.
Also, we tried to contact the tour company using the details provided by Viator and these did not work and so being in a foreign country made us quite nervous. We emailed viator with an urgent message and we did late at night receive a call from the Cusco tour company so our message did get through but some form of communication from viator to say they were working on reaching the tour company would have helped us relax.
To summarise - Tour was brilliant, tour guide brilliant but viator not very good.

Very interesting tour. We were visiting place where locals make original textile. Guide was noligible. Bus was very comfortable.

Great value! We were able to see other towns in Cusco. Our driver was on time. Adriel, our tour guide, is very knowledgeable and entertaining. Only 4 stars for the buffet lunch. They should have more options and not just buffet.

Average quality of tour guide - just 30 min to shop in Pisac cheapest and biggest market in all of Peru and see the market, versus 1h30m wasted at a restaurant in the middle of nowhere... No time to walk around Ollantya town. An extra hour overall would have made the tour 4 stars. Good bus, small group, insist on stop at Chinchero on the way back - a highlight for the day.

The tour was great, my tour guide did a great job

It is good tour, relaxing and takes us different locations of Incas and pre-inca community.Food wasn't the best, and as it says on website provides snacks and hot and cold drinks through out the day is debatable. or can say not satisfactory.
