This trip was fun. Hotel pick up. Friendly, informative, fun guide Nono Newno? No idea how to spell his name. A few differ stops on the way to Sintra, a couple surprises too. The jeep was a very nice change to a mini-bus. Sintra and Pena Palace are a must see and not far from Lisbon.

This tour was a lot of fun, helped by our driver Joanne, you get to go up to the mountains and see views and scenery you would not otherwise get to see, the morning is spent careering round the mountainous landscape seeing sink holes, cliffs, the western most point of Europe and a hill top monastery. This was followed by a lunch in a delightful restaurant which served a three course lunch with wine and followed with coffee and a bit of brandy, the afternoon was a bit more relaxed with a couple of hours round the shops In Sintra and then the Pena palace which was had the appearance of a fairy tale castle. This was a full day very enjoyable the guides were entertaining and informative, convenient pick up and drop off at our hotel, would defiantly recommend, in fact already have
