Driver spoke only Russian. I believe that if you offer any kind of hospitaly service, the staff must speak at least one foreign language.

It was perfect!!! The driver arrived on time with a vehicle large enough to handle all of our luggage and dropped us in just the right place for us to get where we needed to go. Could not have asked for any better!!!

very accurate pick up

Car came to pick me up from my hotel almost 1 and 1/2 hour late and if my flight wasn't delete I would miss my international flight.

My driver dropped me off at the wrong terminal even though when I made the reservation I had indicated the correct one, so I had to pay an extra $15 to a taxi to get me to the right location. Also, because it was 4am when I departed, there were only a few taxis out and available, so it put me in a terrible spot and i had JUST enough money to cover that. In the future, I'll take my chances with booking a local taxi on arrival or though my hotel, this was too expensive to not have been a professional service.

This was terrible! We were delivered to terminal 2 instead of terminal 1 and had to hire a taxi to take us to terminal 1. It cost us an additional 600 rubles.

The taxi was way too small, I had told them that I had 4 large luggages and they sent me this small car.
