I highly recommend this tour. I had Anastasia for both tours. Anastasia very knowable and
wanted to know where your interested lie and than customize my tour.
My interests were more with palace inside vs outside.
The driver we had was excellent.

Valentina was a great private guide. She and the driver Vasily met us at our hotel and on the way to Peterhof, we were able to stop at the Trinity Cathedral and St. Nicholas Cathedral. Since it was Sunday we got to see part of the beautiful services. On the way to Peterhof, we even stopped so I could take a photo of the home of President Vladimir Putin. Our tour of the Peterhof Palace was unrushed, informative and very pleasant. We were able to stop and eat or take photos as we pleased. The palace and gardens are just absolutely amazing, it was one of the highlights of our trip! On the ride back we talked about music and life in Russia. Vasily even dropped us off at the Peter and Paul fortress which was one place we hadn't seen yet, and wanted to. Private tour is definitely the way to go. Valentina and Vasily made our last full day in Saint Petersburg excellent.

Excellent private tour. Everything worked fine, guide was very good!

We were collected promptly by our guide Katia at 10am from our hotel and taking by mini-bus to Peterhof. We immediately went into the palace on arrival around 11am and it was not too crowded. Her radio/headset guiding was excellent as you could still hear her commentary even when separated from the group or in a noisy place. We had fantastic weather - 24C/blue sky - so the gardens tour was very pleasant too. Katia took us to good lunch restaurant where we had excellent simple dishes from the Caucasus. On the journey back, we heard interesting stories of living in modern Russia. This private tour was excellent and Katia a fine host.
