You travel over the Queensferry Crossing, and get a great view of one of Scotland's greatest man-made landmarks, the Forth Rail Bridge.

Stop in the traditional fishing village of Anstruther (known as 'Ainster' locally), where you can check out the old cobbled streets and take a walk along the seafront to the harbour.

St. Andrews Cathedral - This ruined cathedral was once one of Scotland’s most magnificent buildings.
St Andrews Old Town - Immerse yourself in 1,000 years of history as you explore the winding streets and ancient castle.
The Old Course - Golf was so popular in Scotland, it was banned in the 15th century. And nowhere was it more popular than in St Andrews, ‘the Home of Golf’.

Stop At: Falkland Palace & Garden, Falkland, Fife, Scotland

After St Andrews, we take a pleasant drive through the rolling countryside of central Fife to Falkland. Falkland Palace dominates this old village, and was one of the main residences of the old Royal family of Scotland, the Stewarts (Stuarts). Aside from the palace the village is simply one of the most beautiful in Scotland with an array of old cottages and narrow winding streets.

We had a lovely time with pleasant stops along the way and return trip to break up the journey and see other areas of Scotland. Our guide, Billy, was friendly and very knowledgeable. St. Andrews itself is charming and the people are terrific. Don’t miss out on lunch at Cromars while you are there!

Nothing like spectacular weather to make the tour to the Home of Golf even better than I could've imagined. Fishing villages and local communities made the trip even more enjoyable. Our driver was excellent, especially when dealing with tardy travelers who were irresponsible.

Derrick was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable on the kingdom of fifa with entertaining stories. Of course st Andrew's is amazing and very worth the trip.

We enjoyed the trip to St. Andrews. The driver was courteous and very knowledgeable of the area. He shared that knowledge with us as we were traveling, and most of the time he had at least one hand on the steering wheel. He did get us back in time to make our evening dinner appointment.The highlight of that trip was being able to spend some time on the Old Course and even putt on their putting green. I missed the chance to get a picture standing on the Swilkin (or Swilcan) Bridge, but that was my fault.
