We arrived at the show the staff was confused when I showed my tickets that I purchased from Viator but allowed us to sit down. The show was great the women do about 6 different traditional dances while food is served. The food was 2 different soups, vegetables, chicken and peppers, and spring rolls and fruit. The drinks are not included and additional charge. At the end I was brought a bill to pay for my food after I already purchased tickets on Viator. Three different staff member approached me along with the manager all confused and wanting me to pay but I refused because I paid for these online tickets in advanced. The staff doesn't speak English very well so it was difficult explaining that I already paid so I just continued to show my tickets and they just scratched their heads and went to get the mananger. When you purchase these tickets they are completely unaware even when showed the tickets they do not understand and want you to pay. After sitting for 30 minutes not being able to leave I called the number on the tickets and a lady answered and spoke with them and they finally said OK and allowed us to leave. The bill for the entire night was actually way cheaper than the tickets purchased online. It's a restaurant and people without tickets just walk up and order what they want but we were stuck with the standard meal due to purchasing tickets in advance. Just go to the restaurant and watch the show it takes place daily and save yourself money over 15 USD and the hassle for these overpriced tickets. It literally ruined my birthday with everyone staring because the staff literally acted as if we were not trying to pay. We had plenty of money but refused to pay twice for food that we didnt really enjoy and barely ate. We wished we had just went to the restaurant and ordered our own meals instead of being stuff with the standard meal that we didn't want because everyone else's food looked great. We left and went and purchased food from a different restaurant before going back to our hotel.

A really good tour. Cheap but very good. The food was amazing the dances something that I didn't see before. In all we loved it. a good outing in Bangkok.

We had a great evening at Silom Village. The traditional Thai dances were superb and music was beautiful. As We are strictly vegetarian, the staff had made special arrangement to prepare our very strict Vegetarian meal without any animal or fish sources as we requested them in advance. We enjoyed the dinner the way it was prepared like Thai food. The staff members were very courteous , helpful and friendly and they have looked after us very well taking our religious sentiment into consideration in preperation of our meal. The services food, music and dances are excellent and I would give them 10 out of 10. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dinner and dance event to the people who are strictly vegetarian.

Unfortunately we could not assist because there was no transport arranged and taxi in a country where we do not speak the language and not many people speak English was complicated. In my opinion the service to arrange transportation could have been better.
