Beside of the (very) late pick up (90 min late) the tour was good value for money Well organized and intersting including return transfer

The tour was a good way to spend the afternoon seeing Bangkok by boat and barge. The tour spent most of its time on Bangkok's main river, plus one side waterway. My only disappointment is that the tour did not explore some of the more obscure waterways in the city which would give an even more in depth view of the city. Otherwise, it was a nice tour and for the price, can't be beat.

Our Bangkok plans had us going out for a night on the town the previous night so we were looking for something relaxing that didnt take all day. This was the perfect way to get out and see the city from the water. We were picked up on time from our hotel and taken to the pier which had a nice art gallery / shopping mall where we spent our time strolling through the shops before our cruise began. The services offered were exactly as described. Many stated in previous reviews that they had trouble hearing the tour guide due to the engine noise on the boats, but this was not the case for us. Our guide Peter was very knowledgeable and provided interesting facts about BKK that we were not aware of. He was enthusiastic and set a great tone for the full experience. The canal tour took us up one of the larger canals where we fed catfish with bread purchased on the boat for a minimal price. We transferred to the rice barge where there was a nice selection of fruits and drinks. The service was attentive and wed happily take this tour again. After the tour we were taken back to our hotel. This is where we experienced the one challenge with the excursion. The driver was impatient while we waited to use the restroom and was frustrated that we didnt know we were holding him up. Dont let this sway your decision to go on this cruise. It was a minor inconvenience but one that was a surprise given how well the rest of the cruise played out.

This was an experience to actually feel like a local and to watch the locals on this river.

It was a fun tour, the people in the boat was friendly and the fruit snack table they served for us was great. We had a nice weather and we got to see the palace and temples.
It was very enjoyable.

Great afternoon trip. It takes you up the canal and you can see different cultural aspects of Bangkok. You are served a nice assortment of fruit and a drink. Very relaxing. It's hard to hear your guide for it is noisy on the boat but she was very nice if you have any questions for her.

A pleasant way to enjoy some wonderful views from the river away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I must say that the snack time on the return trip was excellent... a welcome and pleasant surprise, not only in quality, but in variety. That alone is worth the admission price. :-

Good way to see Bangkok.

Was expecting rice barge for all of the tour but it was only for about a third of the tour at the end. The guide was very knowledgeable and told us lots of facts about the sights and Thailand generally , his English was good. Once we got on to the barge the staff couldn't do enough for us they had prepared fruit I'd never seen or heard of all fresh and beautifully set out.. There wasn't much going on in the canals but it was interesting to see the houses and buildings and hear the facts. The river cruise part of the tour was more interesting.tne pick up and drop off from our hotel was easy and the guide had left us a message to say what the pick up times were.

Really chilled way to see lots of Bangkok - the guide could not have been more helpful
