The trip didn’t start well as the arrangement was to be pick up at the Hotel at 5.30p.m. After an hour of waiting the hotel concierge phoned the company and was given a number for the driver who he also phoned to be told he was in traffic. We were about to give up and go back to our room when the driver turned up at 7.10 p.m. we understand that Bangkok traffic is extremely busy but this waiting time we felt was a bit long. We arrived at the terminal at 7.45 p.m. for an 8p.m. departure. The crowds were horrendous and it was very chaotic with very little direction. We eventually boarded the boat about 8.20 and were shown to our table. The cruise got under way and we were told the buffet was open- another free for all with lots of pushing to get to the buffet. By the time we managed to get a plate of food and back to our table the food was cold and very unappetising. The entertainment was good during the evening but an overall disappointment and certainly not worth the money.

The guide said very little. The people on the transfer had to team together to figure things out. The actual cruise was great.

Very disorganized at the start with hundreds of people boarding at the same time. Good food and entertainment.

Excellent night good food and value for money, fantastic views and would defently recommend this cruise.

after some problems for picked up it was a well good journey. Good musik - really internatinal singers from the customers dancing, good food and we feel it OK.

Went with a friend on 6th December. Pick-up/return from the hotel was prompt with a polite, competent driver. The boat was of good quality and a nice size. Dinner cruise was very pleasant. Food and entertainment were excellent. Views from the boat were magical. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Highly recommend this dinner/cruise. Thank you.

We were aboard White Lotus, it is a very crowded cruise and very few food choices which are all mediocre.

We didn't enjoy this tour as much as the 6 hour day trip of Bangkok. We found it really hard to work out where we had to go once we had been dropped off at the wharf. There didn't seem to be any organisation of the 100's of people waiting to do the different tours. We found other people with the same colored stickers and orchids as us who were also confused as to where we were meant to go. Finally we saw our boat come in and moved to the correct jetty. It was a rush getting on board again there was no organisation just people rushing. Once on board we found a table and settled down. . The boat set off and we ate Food was ok but nothing special After eating we went on deck to see the sights which were great but at the same time the entertainment was going on inside. The singers were great. This could be a great way to see Bangkok by night from the river but better organisation on the wharf would help and maybe the entertainment could start earlier and then people could enjoy the sights

Need to improve in organizing the chaotic entry to the boat. It’s hard to understand the announcements. It would be better if they have a big board that can be easily seen in a distance. Since there’s already a seat assignment, they should call by rows.The buffet is ok, the highlight is the “cabaret” entertainment.
