Good small group bike tour of Napier and area. We were provided water, helmets, good bikes. Guide was very good about local history, culture, plants, landforms. However, due to it being Art Deco weekend, Napier was very crowded and we couldn't bike and see much of downtown except for the waterfront. I would recommend the tour.

This proprietor tells us that he does not have sufficient bikes. But he had plenty of electric bikes. I told him I would take an electric bike never thinking he would try to make me pay for the electric bike at the end of the tour as I had pre-paid for a regular bike. Classic bait and switch. Terrible tour....he would ride for a few minutes with us following him and then stop and discuss something that had nothing to do with where we were. Just rent a bike and go by yourself. Worthless. And I felt cheated.

They provide great bikes and helmets for safety. We arrived in Napier earlier than expected so we actually took the bikes the day before and just did a self guided tour. The bikes were very good ones though
