You will meet famous horses that featured in the movie trilogy The Hobbit as well as movies 10,000BC and Warriors Way! You?will experience the beauty of Waiheke Island from the back of one of these amazing horses!? You will get mounted and set out on a guided horse ride through beautiful New Zealand native bush tracks with stunning views.?As part of your experience you will be introduced to the special cultural and historical landscape of Waiheke, which includes an ancient Pa site and wahi tapu (sacred sites).? The departure time for this experience is at 10am daily on it is a one hour horse ride. We are located at 66 Onetangi Road on Waiheke Island, nestled among some of Waiheke's?best vineyards including Stoney Ridge, Te Moto, Tantalus and Wild on Waiheke, not to mention Dellows Distillery right next door and all with walking distance of our location for a bite to eat after your ride.
