My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this cooking class. But first I have to say that we came by car from Agrigento and the Museum was extremely hard to find. We were on the verge of turning back when a nice Sicilian man hopped into our car and took us to the Tourist office. There, a very nice woman walked us the few blocks to the Museum where we were met by Annalisa. She made us feel so welcome and we had such a great time learning to cook basic Sicilian food. First we made homemade cavatelli with the most delicious fresh Ricotta, then we made stuffed zucchini. While waiting for that to cook we made a delicious almond dessert and Annalisa also made for us a quick egg dish with bread that can be made easily at home when there is nothing in the house to cook All the food was excellent and Annalisa was a perfect host. We had a great time. The only drawback were the location, very difficult to find, and the class location was nothing like the picture, it was not held outside. We would have liked someone to have met us in a more central location and bring us to the site. All in all, though, I would definitely recommend this class.
