This day-tour begins with a visit in Alberobello, the city of "trulli", typical houses built with dry stones, Unesco site since 1996. After having visited the principal highlights of the city, we move to a local farmhouse where you can learn how to make “orecchiette”, typical handmade pasta which name comes from its shape, which resembles a small ear. In the afternoon, we suggest you a visit in Noci, a pretty little town with its typical "gnostre", a stone courtyards closed by three sides and opened by one overlooking the street, a place where people met and talk in the past. After this slowly walk we reach a wine bistrot for an apulian wine tasting. In fact, thanks to a perfect combination between a mild climate and a diversified terrain, our region is capable to offer a wide range of excellent wines. From the DOC white wine produced in the area of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino to the Primitivo di Manduria, a full-bodied red wine, from the Negroamaro produced in the south of Apulia area called Salento to the Nero di Troia, typical of the northern part of the region, you have an embarrassment of riches in tasting all them! In the evening, you can enjoy a Michelin dinner in a typical restaurant in Noci, “Antica Locanda”.
