For decades the family , owners of the factory that you will visit, has been devoted to the cultivation,production and processingof the local "gold" the Sfusato Amalfitano, an endemic variety of lemon which has been recognized as one of the bestin the world for its many beneficial properties.
For this reason they have started this project: a cooking clas based om lemon,one of the fundamental  elememts of a healthy Mediterranean diet.
First of all,you will take a walk among the lemon trees,where you can admire the beauty and history. The lemon tour lasts approximately one hour.Then starts the actual class. The cuisine is simple but tasty and the motto of the family is :"If you do not cooki ,you do not eat". This means that you must have your hands dirty!
The whole activity last 5-6 hours,but if you would like to stop in the garden at the end of the course ,you can do that. It is also possible to visit the Museum of the Peasantry and the local limoncello factory.
