The ravioli we made was the best pasta I had in my 10 days in Italy, and I feel very confident that I can recreate this at home! The kitchen was very cute, and Sylvia was so hospitable! An easy train ride from Varenna.

Initially, we were worried about spending 4 hours on this activity, but the time flew by, and before we were ready, it was over. Starting with a relaxing coffee, we loved our session. The instruction was fun and easy, Sylvia and her family were lovely, our food was spectacular, and we cant wait to cook again once we return home. We were ready to come back for another class before we even left her studio. Highly recommended!

The greatest secret in Lake Como! This class was incredible and exactly what you are looking for. Make a full 3 course meal from scratch, then enjoy it outside in a perfectly quaint Italian square. made our trip and couldn't recommend it more highly. Sylvie was a wonderful teacher, very patient and generous. We were in a class of 4 of people and received a lot of attention in terms terms of learning new techniques. The venue was clean, spacious and well appointed with modern Kitchen Aid appliances. The class was very enjoyable - we made two types of pasta, sauces, pesto and tiramisu which we feel confident in being able to replicate at home. We would highly recommend this experience.

Such a fantastic experience! Held in beautiful room in a quaint restaurant along lake Como. We were treated like old friends. We made two different types of pasta, and a dessert. We were laughing, smiling, chatting and eating all day. By the time we left we felt like family. Best part of our trip!

Booked this cooking experience for my partner as she loves cooking and loves italian food, so booked this as part of our trip to Lake Como. The chef was extremely personal and made the experience really enjoyable. We made tagliatelle and ravioli from scratch as well as tiramisu. Once finished we sat outside the restaurant and ate what we had cooked with a glass of wine or 2.
Would definitely recommend this experience whilst visiting lake como and mandello del lario.

The cookery class we took at Mamma Ciccia's in Mandella was absolutely fabulous. Sylvie the Owner of the cookery school met us and introduced us to the staff over coffees on the verandah. The class was lovely and we made tiramisu, two types of pasta, two sauces etc and cooked a meal. We were supplied with drinks all through the morning and served our lunch on the verandah with complimentary drinks and coffee. Sylvie couldnt do enough for us, gave us many tips and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Would recommend it to everyone. She even gave us our aprons at the end of the morning as a momento. A lovely lady and fab day.
