Great trip, wonderful tour guide, Julia. Three hilltop towns and never felt rushed. Plenty of time to get a flavor of each town with some down time and plenty of expert info from Julia. Assissi was by far my favorite. What a peaceful city.

Cortana, Assisi and Perugia were beautiful. The tour organization and coordination were terrible. Once we met at the designated spot in the morning, we were walked 20 minutes to the bus ! Our Florence based bus was then unexpectedly routed to Siena to pick up 7 additional passengers, which took us 45 minutes out of our way total 1 1/2 hours additional bus time. The tour, while advertised as the English version, was repeated / translated into 4 languages. The tour guides were not in control of the group and we were constantly waiting for people to show up at the right time. At our second stop, even the two guides thought the bus would meet in different locations, adding yet additional delays. When we tried to drop the Siena passengers at the end of the tour, there was no driver to meet them. The guide wanted them to get off the bus and wait at a closed gas station in the dark! ! Passengers on the tour would not allow it and we waited an additional 30 min for the back-up driver to pick them up. Back to Florence terribly late. Viator should not use My Tour SRL

This was an informative tour showing the highlights of each town without a formal guided tour. Our guide was able to point out key areas of each town and allow us to explore at our own leisure experiencing the local food and culture. Highly recommended!

Well organised tour. The guide is well experience. The scenery is lovely. We enjoyed it.

Everything ran smoothly and the drivers and tour guides were kind and entertaining. We would have liked to spend more time at certain historical places, however we realize that in order to leave on time, a schedule was necessary. Now we feel comfortable to go back alone without a guide and take in some of the sites we missed.

The tour was lovely but too much is packed into one day.
Maybe consider only the Assisi activity - which is the highlight

Wonderful day trip to those amazing places in Umbria. The group was small and we travelled by very comfortable mini bus supplied with free wifi. The time going to places like this is never enough but for a day trip, we had good chance and time to visit and enjoy. Unfortunately, our tour guide Lizia was not up to the standard as a guide. We had a very limited information given by her throughout the trip. Thanks to internet, we can find a lot of information nowadays, but that is not the purpose of those organised trips. However, I do recommend the tour because of the places. They are incredible!!!

Not the best tour I've done, but good, guide was decent.

Cortona was very nice. Assisi was interesting but I can't understand why we could not take pictures in the churches without a flash. All other churches we were in in Florence we could take pictures as long as we did not use a flash. I could have skipped Perugia.

Tour was ok. cortona is nice, Assisi is beautiful, you could skip Perugia - that was a big dissapointment
