Early in the morning at 9am, you will visit the historic well-preserved Jaisalmer fort, and explore the maze of narrow streets in this open air museum of a city with its ornately decorated havelis of yellow sandstone. The havelis were built by rich merchants at a time when the city was a key stop on the caravan routes from the Middle East.
