What a fantastic experience! Our guide was completely amazing and knew numerous short cuts to get us around the hundreds of people trekking up. I was the straggler of the group as everyone else had much longer legs and maneuvering over some of the larger rocks was tricky but he helped every step of the way!The one small downside to this tour was our pickup time. We were advised that we'd be picked up from our hotel in Ubud at 1:20A and we didn't get picked up until 45 minutes later. I could have definitely used the extra sleep rather than waiting outside the lobby of my hotel. I would have also much preferred going straight to the mountain than to breakfast first, this too would have allowed for a bit more sleep.Seeing the coffee plantation after was a nice little bonus. We never stopped at the Tegalalang Rice Terraces and neither was it offered. But in reality, I think our group woulda been too pooped to do so after the hike anyways.Overall, great experience but work on your schedule. Thank You :-)
