Since it's size is quite small, production quality is something to be expected when visiting this special brewery. Also founded over 250 years ago, this place produces a sake in a very traditional manner, which is rare to find in this time and age. Not too far from the second brewery, our third stop is at the world's biggest sake production brewery. We will visit it's museum, where I will explain to you how sake is made traditionally with video aid to help you understand better. Its signature brown bottle and red label is surely something that you will recognize as it is imported all over the world. Finally, we will visit, what is considered, another small brewery with something that will give you a new outlook on traditional sake. They produce very traditional sake as well as innovative sake. They come up with new creative ideas to bring out different flavors from sake. If we're lucky, we will meet this brewery's legend who's worked along side this place for 63 years in counting.
