This cooking class is entry level Japanese cooking.This class is taught by Yumi, who is mother of 4 hungry kids and prepares food every day. She is master of home cooking.?She teaches tasty Japanese dishs which can be easily cooked by beginers. Those dishs are traditionally cooked by Japaanese moms and passed by generations. It is simple and easy. It takes short time to prepare. Yet it's so yammy.?The typical food we prepare includes;

2 or 3 side dishes.
Miso soup
After we cook, we have lunch together!Drinks are provided at free. You can choose Japanese green tea, roasted green tea or Japanese beer or wine.

We meet at JR Ishikawacho station or Yamate station. Then we go to nearby super market for getting ingredients. There are many different kinds of seasonings and food ingredients there, we explain some of those for you. After that we head to cooking studio. Master chef Yumi is waiting for you. We welcome you by treating a drink, typically Japanese green tea. Yumi goes over recepie for short time. Then participants starts cooking by following her guidance.
