This was the worst tour we have ever taken with Viator. Our tour guide was more of a chauffeur, nice person but I felt like she had no tour experience and was just punching the clock, did not want to be there. We learned nothing about Fatima just driven there and then on our own. We then went to Coimbra there was no city tour as promised in the tour description. We were dropped off in an area of Coimbra for lunch with three choices to eat, doner kabob, pizza or kiosk instead of city center where all the restaurants were. We were literally driven up to a small area on campus got out of the car shown two buildings (medical, Psychology) from the outside. So we looked at them for a minute no history or anything on the University of the City of Coimbra itself. Then walked to the old city center and saw the Cathedral with one line of explanation. Then on our own again (no tour of city) to walk around near the Cathedral. Questions that we asked were answered incorrectly (looked them up when I got back to hotel) and the phone GPS that the guide was using had us driving in circles. I just would have thought she would know where she was going being the tour guide and all. Do not recommend very expensive easier to just catch the train from Sao Bento station in Porto and go yourself. Very disappointed
