An early morning joint pick-up from your resort on Koh Phangan is included, bringing you and your travel companion to the starting point of your morning biking adventure. Here, you will meet your English speaking trail leader, who explains and will adjust your saddle and other parts appropriately for a comfortable ride. From here onward, it is local experiences, authenticity in its purest form and viewing the island from the time, the first resort owners planned their projects. As varied as the landscape and whatever passes you by, so are the roads it is a well-balanced combination of paved and unpaved roads, but suitable for those even with limited biking experience. En route, ample stops for the essential snapshots and meeting the locals on their home turf from rubber plantations to herb gardens, temples that hardly have seen foreign visitors and panoramic vistas across the vastness of Koh Phangan are merely some of the highlights you will encounter while pedalling through in a leisurely tempo.
Drinking water, fruits and snacks will be provided while on tour: from the dense jungle into the countryside, your biking guide will always find the right spot to catch a break, take a deep breath and watch what surrounds you. It is unfortunately time to head back to the starting point for parking your bikes, dropping off your gear, thank the guide and team for this amazing ride before making it back to your booked resort on the island. This tour is operated on joint / Seat-In-Coach basis only with English-speaking guide.
Transfers are only operated on Koh Phangan and restricted to main hotels only. Regions outside the region such as Koh Samui and Koh Tao are excluded and supplementary charges apply
A minimum number of guests are required for this excursion to operate; many of our tours do not have limitations on group size, depending on the availability of seats and other factors. We regret that we are not able to communicate in advance about this.
Customers booking this this leisurely bicycle tour may expect some light hills, unequal terrain and/or some bike carrying along the way. A minimal degree of fitness may be needed to enjoy this excursion to the fullest.
We always will make efforts to confirm the exact pick-up time upon reservation. For any operational issues in which are not able to confirm the exact pick-up time in advance, we reserve the right to inform you the day before the departure of the tour.
Due to the absence of ATM machines and credit cards payment portals, particularly on islands and inside nature reserves, we highly recommend to bring sufficient cash with you.
Sand and water have a destructive effect on electronic equipment. It the customer’s own responsibility to ensure that any camera, mobile telephone or other device is properly wrapped and protected against these elements. We cannot be held responsible in any way for negligence and/or not following suggestions for any damage related to this.
Please ensure that you bring sunglasses, a hat /cap and sunblock with a high SPF factor when traveling with us on this tour even when it is cloudy, the sunrays still have an immense power.
We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the excursion in case of unfavourable weather conditions or situations where we are forced to make alterations to guarantee the safety of our guests.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct hotel information, should pick-up and drop-off services be included in the package. Any changes in accommodation outside 48 hours will be handled accordingly: changes within 48 hours may be on request.
We recommend wearing light, comfortable cotton clothing and comfortable shoes.
